3. Production time
Production time is 3~5 business days after the order is placed. Custom made order needs about 4~6 working days.

7. What if my sign arrives damaged?
Despite the care and attention we give to packaging and ensuring the safe arrival of your sign, unforeseen circumstances all the way through the shipping process can damage the package contents. In the rare event that your sign arrives broken, please contact us immediately so we will resolve the best course of action to get your sign up and running ASAP. In most cases We can ship you replacement glass which can be easily installed.
