Review and approve your proofs. After we get your input We can work to create your custom neon sign proof. We can attach a CAD design so that you can approve before placing your order. At this point You’ll also request color and font style changes before your custom sign goes into production.

We have Green/ Blue/ Aqua/ Yellow/ Purple/ White/ Red/ Peach Pink/ Orange. Red & Blue are the preferred and brightest colors.

What are the lead times for neon signs?
Handling time is 3 business days from order date.

We use China post epacket to ship,which takes about 5-10 working days to arrive at US

3.Electric Power: 110v-240v for USA. You’ll Make a choice to upgrade to UL listed transformers. Our neon light signs have a 6′ power cord and come with hanging hardware and chain.
4.Your Satisfaction is our priority. If you don’t seem to be satisfied, we take returned item within 30 days of receipt. If any damage right through shipping, We can resend the replacement parts for free. Meanwhile, If any quality problem right through 1 year warranty, We can fix it for you all at our cost, too.
