Handling time is 3 business days from order date.
We use China post epacket to ship,which takes about 7-12 buisness days to arrive at US

What is the warranty policy?
These signs are very fragile and delicate, even if we put numerous extra effort into Packaging, it might happen that the sign arrives broken. All signs carry a 1 (one) year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused accidentally, misuse, abuse, neglect, unsuitable installation, or unsuitable maintenance.
